Here at db Foot Clinics we pride ourselves on providing a first-class chiropody and podiatry service in Henfield, Worthing and the surrounding areas in West Sussex. Our clinics are open to people of all ages and we guarantee you a warm welcome and understanding practitioners... these are just two of the reasons why over 9 out 10 new patients arrive at our clinic via recommendation from our existing patients.

Chiropodist or Podiatrist?

As Chiropodists in the UK have progressed their skills and knowledge substantially in recent years, the new international term of Podiatrist has been adopted. You will find that many foot specialists still call themselves Chiropodists, whilst others have already embraced the new title of Podiatrist. Whatever title your foot specialist is using, what really matters is that they have the appropriate skills to help you and that they are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).

At both clinics we have an excellent, friendly, highly qualified team who are always happy to help. In our Henfield clinic, alongside the podiatrists, we are proud to have Ross Skilton, our resident osteopath.

Clinical Director

David has been a practising podiatrist almost 25 years during which time he has built up a successful business and loyal following in the communities of Henfield and Worthing. Graduating from the SMAE Institute in 1998, David has continued to hone  his skills through his commitment to education and training and as a consequence now specialises in  treating  patients for biomechanical dysfunction (analysing and correcting the way we stand and walk thereby improving walking and running style and reducing hip, knee and back pain). David also offers, general chiropody and diabetic foot assessment.

Ann is an excellent podiatrist whose attention to detail is second to none and will leave no stone unturned in her endeavours to get you back on your feet. A graduate from Brighton University with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry, Ann is currently studying for a Master's Degree. With a very professional approach to her work, Ann has  a loyal group of patients at the Henfield clinic. Ann offers general chiropody,  cryosurgery and procedures under local anaesthetic.

Emma moved from one emergency service to another by leaving the Fire Service and gaining a degree to help people with their painful feet! She is a very popular member of our clinical team who offers general chirpody , verruca treatment, diabetic assesment and surgery for ingrowing toenails alongside entertaining conversation.

Becky is a caring and empathic practitioner. She has been a practising Podiatrist for 12 years, having previously worked as a clinical safety scientist in the pharmaceutical industry. The career change came about from wanting a more hands-on patient care approach. In her spare time, Becky is a keen cyclist and loves walking her dog on the South Downs. Becky offers general chiropody, verruca treatment and diabetic assessment.

Teresa, Chris , Frankie and  Jaki make up our Reception A-Team in Henfield

Of course, the clinics wouldn't run very smoothly without the work of our front line team of receptionists. Our patients are always guaranteed a smile and a warm welcome....and sometimes a cup of tea as well! They'll make your appointments, answer your questions, and will help to ensure that your visit to our clinic is a pleasant one. On top of all this they've got the practitioners to organise too!!
